This journal is owned by the British Society of Echocardiography. In addition, the journal is endorsed by a number of other leading national and international societies, represented on the Editorial Board by their Collaborating Society Editors.

 

British Society of Echocardiography

The British Society of Echocardiography represents the interests of those working in clinical echocardiography at all levels and in all areas, including adult and paediatric cardiology, cardiovascular research and teaching. The BSE has a major interest in education and training of physicians and echocardiographers and its activities include the accreditation of both individuals and departments.

 

Association of Cardiothoracic Anaesthetists and Critical Care

ACTACC

ACTACC's objective is to promote the highest standard of management and care for patients suffering from cardiothoracic disorders; in particular those undergoing cardiac or thoracic surgery. ACTACC furthers the development of the art and science of cardiothoracic anaesthesia through its activities including regular meetings, education and training.

 

Canadian Society of Echocardiography

Canadian Society of Echocardiography

The Canadian Society of Echocardiography is a non-profit organization of Cardiovascular professionals committed to excellence in Echocardiography, and promotion and delivery of quality echocardiographic services across Canada.

 

Echocardiography Association of Inter-American Society of Cardiology

ECOSIAC 

ECOSIAC is a 2100-member organisation uniting all inter-American echocardiographic societies. Its activities surround education, guidelines, standards, accreditation support and the facilitation of inter-American communication through meetings, forums and webcasts.

 

International Contrast Ultrasound Society

ICUS 

ICUS is the only international professional society exclusively focused on the safe and appropriate use of contrast enhanced ultrasound imaging in order to improve patient care and save lives. Its primary activities include education, research, and fostering communication between clinicians, scientists, the public and policy makers.

 

Saudi Arabian Society of Echocardiography

SASE 

The vision of SASE is to improve the standards of practice, and proper utilization of echocardiography by cardiovascular care providers in Saudi Arabia.

 

Society of Pediatric Echocardiography

SOPE 

SOPE is an independent organization whose mission is to maintain and promote excellence in the echocardiographic examination of every fetus, infant, child, and adolescent as well as the adult with congenital heart disease. SOPE provides a forum for education, collaboration, and networking to the community of pediatric and adult cardiologists, fellows, and sonographers with a specific interest in the practice of pediatric and congenital echocardiography.
