This journal is owned by the British Society of Echocardiography. In addition, the journal is endorsed by a number of other leading national and international societies, represented on the Editorial Board by their Collaborating Society Editors.
The British Society of Echocardiography represents the interests of those working in clinical echocardiography at all levels and in all areas, including adult and paediatric cardiology, cardiovascular research and teaching. The BSE has a major interest in education and training of physicians and echocardiographers and its activities include the accreditation of both individuals and departments.
Association of Cardiothoracic Anaesthetists and Critical Care
ACTACC's objective is to promote the highest standard of management and care for patients suffering from cardiothoracic disorders; in particular those undergoing cardiac or thoracic surgery.
